Client meetings

Away-days
Tea & coffee +£2.50 per headFor a full day, add tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Particularly popular at daytime events.
Staff dos & send-offs
Desserts +£3 per headRetirements, leaving dos and workplace celebrations. Finish with a dessert selection of shortbread, brownies, millionaire's and more.

Office buffet FAQs
What is included in the standard office buffet?
Three sandwich and wrap fillings of your choice, two savoury bites, a salad or side, serving platters, tongs and napkins, and delivery and setup at your venue. Allergen information comes with every dish and vegetarian options are always available.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes, an invoice is available on request. Just mention it when you enquire.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 8 guests, which is a £96 order at £12 per head.
How much notice do you need?
We prefer around two weeks' notice for events. If your date is sooner than that, get in touch and we will tell you what is possible.
How do I pay?
A non-refundable 25% deposit confirms your booking, along with a signed copy of our booking terms. The balance is due 7 days before the event, and bookings made within 7 days are paid in full upfront. Payment is by bank transfer only, and an invoice is available on request.
When do I need to confirm final numbers?
Final guest numbers need to be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event, and cannot be reduced after that point. The full details are in our booking terms.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Vegetarian options are always available, and a dedicated vegan spread is +£1.50 per head, prepared separately on clean equipment and clearly labelled. Allergen information comes with every dish. For anything more specific, tell us when you enquire and we will always try to accommodate it.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Delivery and setup at your venue are included, with free travel within 20 miles of Cumbernauld. We cater across Lanarkshire and Scotland's central belt, so if you are further out, get in touch.
Is the food made fresh?
Everything is prepared on the day of delivery, the same morning, so it arrives fresh and well presented.
Are you insured?
Yes. Scrantastic holds valid public liability insurance, and a copy is available on request.
